As pretty much everyone in Cleveland knows by now, Dinner: Impossible, featuring that one local chef, premiers tonight on the Food Network at 10 p.m.
Look for Symon and crew, which includes Jonathon Sawyer and David Lowe, to venture to Alcatraz. I really enjoyed my tour of Alcatraz several years ago and love the history of the prison, but can’t imagine whipping up anything gourmet inside those walls. This should make for a very interesting and entertaining episode.
There will be a preview party tonight at Bar Cento starting at 9:30 p.m. For $50 per person, you’ll have a 4-course meal based on what the chefs created for the show.

Anonymous: Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone that specializes in BBQ, but I do know two that would be worth checking out. The first is Ben Bebenroth at Spice of Life / http://www.spiceoflifecaters.com. I have never used him, but I have friends that have and I came close once for a clam bake, but plans fell through. I have heard really good things in general about them. You might also want to look into Eric Wells / http://www.skyelaraes.com/. Again, never used him but I have tried his food - wonderful - and a friend used him for a party and was happy. Hope that helps.
