This restaurant is a great addition to Lee Road. After chatting with the chef, I look forward to heading back in the future to see how his restaurant will evolve. Not only does he plan to constantly change the menu, but he plans to make other changes and additions as needed based on customer feedback. After all he explained, this restaurant isn’t about him, but the customers.
On our visit, it was the desserts that impressed us the most, especially the pistachio ile flottante. If you’re in the area, either for a movie or even grabbing dinner at one of the other many restaurants on Lee, be sure to stop in for dessert and a drink at the very least – you won’t be disappointed.
We had a really trying experience at Taste. Went in for holiday cheer ended up getting something unexpected...the bartender was very angry and unprofessional. Never ever had this happen to us. He asked us in front of the bar why we under tipped him. So weird! Left a 10% bar tip for ok service & didn't eat dinner. If our husbands were with us this would of never happened. If we were men he would of never got in are faces. He needs to get out of the bar bizz. I have friends that are servers 10% at the bar for ok service is perfect. We will never be back with our family's,friends and co-workers. I miss the wine bar, they had a lovely owner & staff.
