I can’t say for sure, but I think this just may be a first: bike riding with a chef followed by a five-course dinner.
On July 3, join chef Jonathon Sawyer, a cycling enthusiast who regularly bikes to and from work, and The Greenhouse Tavern staff as they take a bike ride throughout Cleveland stopping at a few of their favorite places followed by a five-course dinner in honor of the Tour de France. Each dish will correspond to the different stages of the tour and feature an authentic meal from that region. The menu includes:
Course/Stage 1: Rotterdam to Bruxelles
Andijive Stamppot
Potato Pancake w/ root vegetables and soubise
Course/Stage 2: Bruxelles to Spa
Lapin a la Gueuze Rabbit
Rabbit Ragout w/ fine Herbs
Course/Stage 3: Wanze to Arenberg
Port du Hainaut
Waffles w/ preserves
Course/Stage 4: Cambrai to Reims
Andouilletes de Cambrai
Beef Bung Sausage, Cracklin’s and Tripe w/ heirloom garlic
Course/Stage 5: Epernay to Montargis
Toast of Champagne & Betise Sweets
What a fun idea! I’m sorry to say I’m not much of a biker (for now – looking into a family bike) , but if I were I’d sign up for sure.

I love the concepts of all Chef Sawyers dinners. My budget is a little more restricted, though!
